A photo of the elevation or the interior, your preferred dates, and whether the space is occupied is enough for a first reply. We will suggest a visit slot and say if the job looks like a same week interior or a planned shutdown.
For active leaks that are ruining a ceiling, call. Paint cannot outrun water. We will tell you that quickly.
Saturday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. After hours, the emergency line covers stain blocking and weather sensitive exteriors already in progress, not brand new decorative wish lists.
Reach
House visits across Gulshan, Banani, and Baridhara are the default. Offices in Motijheel and plants in Tejgaon get a scheduled walkthrough with your facilities or HSE lead.
If you are writing from a developer or a facilities company, send the specification you already have. We will mark where it is silent on moisture, sheen, and access.
1. Photos in daylight, including ceilings and close ups of cracks or peeling.
2. Approximate size: rooms, floors, or shed bay count. A guess is fine. We measure on site.
3. Access rules: lift bookings, quiet hours, Friday closures, parking, and whether children or staff will be present.
4. Any brand or colour already chosen, plus whether you want a consultancy first.
5. Target date and whether weather can move an exterior without breaking your event.
Visit zones
Primary: Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Niketan, Bashundhara. Regular: Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur, Motijheel, Tejgaon, Uttara. Further out: quoted with travel, not hidden inside labour.
We lock shades on the wall that will wear them. Bring the sofa fabric if you want. Leave the phone screenshot as a hint only.
