We paint homes, offices, and industrial spaces. We are not a data broker. We keep what we need to quote, schedule, invoice, and improve the site.
Identity and contact: name, phone, email, WhatsApp number, and site address including building and flat numbers needed for access.
Job information: photos you send, colour preferences, access rules, and notes from visits. Photos of interiors may show family belongings. We treat them as confidential site records, not as marketing unless you agree in writing.
Billing: amounts in BDT, payment references, and company names for corporate jobs. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Technical: cookies and basic logs as described in the Cookie Policy. Server logs may include IP address and browser type.
To reply to enquiries, visit sites, write quotes, perform work, handle snags, and meet legal duties in Bangladesh including tax records.

We do not sell your contacts. We do not use interior photos in public galleries without a separate written OK.

Do not send us other people’s documents that we do not need. If you include a third party’s ID in a building letter, that is your disclosure to them as well as to us.
The site is for adults arranging painting work. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Photos of family homes should avoid close images of minors if you can.
No method of transmission is perfect. We limit access to job folders and train crews not to share client photos in public chats.
